Teams
Team up with up to 4 others for shared boosts, team chat and team upgrades.
Open the team menu with /teams (or /team, /gang).

A team has a leader and up to 4 members, so 5 players in total. Alts are only allowed if they are in your team.
Team bonuses
Every teammate who is online gives everyone on the team +2.5% tokens and EXP.
Power and upgrades
Teams earn power by depositing power cubes, which you find with the Power Hungry hoe and pickaxe enchants. Each cube is worth 5 power, plus 1 per level of the Power Cube Buff upgrade. Use /teams deposit to deposit every cube in your inventory.
Spend power in /teams shop. Each level costs more than the last.

During a Power Surge event, deposited cubes give double power.
